Sweet & Spicy Pecans

Roasted-spiced nuts are among my favorite snacks.  I like to use egg whites instead of butter, because I want to keep these on the healthy side.  I really didn’t miss the butter flavor from my other spiced mixed nuts, so I figured why not try it again.  The flax gives it a nutritional crunch & with all these yummy spices, they are packed with flavor!!
